Mako:Island of secrets

In H2O: Just Add Water the girls have lockets and crystals, but in Mako Mermaids they have Moon Rings. The magical Moon Rings are a mermaid tail shaped with moonlight in the middle. In the trailer and in pictures,Sirena is seen wearing the ring. Sirena gets her ring from her sister Aquata to help them survive without the pod. In the first episode it's said that if a mermaid completes her training, she receives a Moon Ring.

For a short time, Evie is given a moonring by Zac. The mermaids, however, make sure the dangerous item leaves her view.
